How do I grow?

Not just professionally or financially. I mean as a whole person. Emotionally. Relationally. Spiritually. Most don't take the next step to find out. Why? Because it's hard! We all want to grow, but few of us have a clear map to show us how.

That’s why I created the SA360 Diagnostic—a structured yet human-centered tool to help people see themselves and their developmental patterns more clearly.

It’s part of the SkillfullyAware system, and it’s rooted in brain science, shadow work, and vertical development theory.

Here’s what the SA360 reveals:

The "stage" of development you are operating from, and what growth might look like from there
Where you are leaking power from
Which of your inner Aptitudes need strengthening
Whether you tend to default to a left- or right-hemisphere perspective (it makes a difference)

I’m currently offering a limited pilot of the SA360, and I’d love for you to be part of it.

All you need to do is answer 19 open-ended questions. Most people find the easiest and most natural way is to dictate their responses (just like I did). It took me just 20 minutes.

Here’s a tip: The way you speak—the nuance of how you reflect—actually makes the report more accurate and insightful.
